The building is owned by Windrush Lodge No. 1703 and is held in a Trust currently there are six Trustees.

A limited company was set up called "Witney Masonic Centre Ltd" (WMC). The company's role is to manage all aspects of the site on behalf of the Trust
​
The structure of the Board consists of a Chairman, Company Secretary, Financial Director and a number of Directors. One Director is also caretaker and bookings manager
​
The Board comprises of Directors who are elected representatives from each of Lodges and Chapters who are permanent residents at the Centre
